Emma Moon has twenty years of experience in the service management and event planning industries. For eight years Emma served as Director of Banquets and Reservations at Brennan's of Houston. Prior to her tenure at Brennan’s Emma was Chair of the Parent Council for Waldorf School in Ireland where she ran school fundraisers for several years. Moon operated a catering company for two years in Europe and has managed an array of restaurants on both sides of the Atlantic, including the Raven Grill in Houston. For the past four years she has been an active member of a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness of birthing options for families in the Houston area. During that time she organized and ran the annual maternity fashion show for BIRTH, one of the headlining events for the organization. Prior to her event planning career in Houston and Ireland, Moon had a career as an international fashion model in Europe, Japan and the United States. Moon is a Houston native and a graduate of Houston's High School for the Performing and Visual Arts (HSPVA) with a major in dance.
