Our silent auction event management services include:
- Personalized guest check-in and check-out
- Setting up the silent auction - table placement and setup, item layout and packaging, and signage all purposefully designed to help maximize results
- Paging - we check out pagers to the guests who want them and page the guest when they have been outbid!
- Cell Phone Bidding - provides the opportunity for guests to bid through text messaging on any type of phone from any location
- Shutdown and delivery - we gather up the items that were not picked up by the successful bidders and you have the option of whether you would like to use our delivery service
- Credit card processing and reporting
