Services

Silent Auction Services provides a variety of "night-of-the-event" services for charities and non-profits at their fundraising events.

Our silent auction event management services include:

  • Personalized guest check-in and check-out


  • Setting up the silent auction - table placement and setup, item layout and packaging, and signage all purposefully designed to help maximize results


  • Paging - we check out pagers to the guests who want them and page the guest when they have been outbid!


  • Cell Phone Bidding - provides the opportunity for guests to bid through text messaging on any type of phone from any location


  • Shutdown and delivery - we gather up the items that were not picked up by the successful bidders and you have the option of whether you would like to use our delivery service


  • Credit card processing and reporting
